Save the date for Google I/O 2011

Google I/O just recently came to a close, but it won’t be long before we start gearing up for next year. And we’d like to make sure it’s on your calendars!

  7. This is great news. I'm going to try and make the trip. Since this will be my first time going, can anyone give me a rough estimate on how much it will cost total trip. I would be coming from Chicago.

  8. I would really like to go as well. I am starting a Google I/O fund :). I have to travel all the way from the east coast too, Jesse. I'm down in Florida.

  9. Yeah. That sounds like a great idea. Plenty of time to save up enough for the entire trip. I figure in around $800 - $1000. I'm going back to school this fall so that means registration will only be $100.

    I guess I should ask for the days off.

  24. I love Google IO! Each year it gets bigger and better. However, I wish I could have a dinner meeting with Vic. Vic if you’re reading this, please, please give me a little attention :)

  25. I registered on January 14, 2010 for last year which was not long after registration opened. I would expect to see announcements shortly after New Year's. Do not hesitate, registrations sell out VERY quickly.
